SA Hip Hop Album Review
1. Tsholofela
Its lacking abit when it comes to Lyricals but you can hear his tryna go in on every beat, he’s got a lot of variety so its not just a hiphop album. Cassper probably got the Best hooks in the game, Mastering on point like setting the bar for niggaz, can’t wait for the Next album just to hear if he grow Lyrically. I feel like 2 or 3 trax shoulda been dropped, but I understand why it was 19 trax he had a lot to say. Which is more then most SA rappers. (Favourite Track: Love is Fucking Blind)
2. Levels
The production here is amazing, but its too short, he made us wait to long for this short album (4 years) and AKA aint rapping hard enough for my liking, like just when you think he about to go in its like he runs out of vocab, reasserting the idea that his lazy, and you can’t be lazy anymore nikkaz are hungry ouchea, is it just me or does no rap do outros anymore like where we at. (Favourite Track: Sim Dope)
3. Skhanda Republic
He never runs out of Vocab, Word play amazing blending vanac and english easily, producing is also great but I think he used the same beat maker too much, like all the tracks sound the same its like after caracara thats just the sound he’s going with Heavy Bass, album is also too short like u can listen to it 3 times and not even notice where it ended cuz of how similar. Pulse I think he didn’t make any album songs like they all sound like singles, they all 4 minutes long, its like a street wise meal u can’t get in to a song before its over. His the answer to what if kwaito artists could rap and rap very while. PS I don’t like the fact he jack Skhanda Rap without showing any prop or even giving a shot out to MT.

4. Mandela Money
Here I never had high expectations he raps about the same thing on every track woman, money, north god, really where are the real joints, a lot of skips here honest the only thing that kept me listening was the beats, it would have been nice to here him go in once or twice, instead he just gets killed by AKA Maggz n Ice Prince Murks him so hard its sad. Really its dales don’t expect much.
